Refund Policy

Mock Tests is run by Tailor-It, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. Mock Test 1 is free to take, so you can try the test screen properly before paying ₹149 for the reports and everything else.

Always refunded in full

• You paid twice, or paid more than ₹149 by mistake. We refund the extra.
• You paid but we could not give you access.
• We close Mock Tests before the SSC CGL 2026 Tier-I exam. We refund you in full.

Changed your mind

Mock Test 1 is free to take, so you can try Mock Tests before you decide to pay. For that reason we don’t refund a payment because you changed your mind, once your results have been unlocked.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account email with your payment code (shown on the payment page and in your receipt email) or the UTR (the UPI reference number). We reply within 3 working days. Approved refunds go back by UPI to the account you paid from, within 7 working days. Your access ends when the refund is made.
